Create and Manage Notifications

Modified on Tue, 8 Jul at 6:41 PM

The Dilitrust platform allows administrators to configure and manage email notifications to ensure smooth communication with users during critical actions—such as delegations, share transfers, and entity updates.

Notifications can be fully customized and reused across modules via a centralized template system, enhancing clarity and operational consistency.

Access Notification Settings

Navigate to:
Configuration > Notification

From this panel, you can:

  • View the history of notifications sent to users

  • Create new templates for repeated use across the platform

  • Duplicate or delete existing templates

In the template creation panel, you will have to select the Type of content the notification will be used on.

The followings are the options we provide:

  • Delegations
  • Documentation
  • Signature
  • Task

In the message you will be able to create parameters using the @ symbol, mentioning in the message its metadata, like Recipient name, Sender name, ... .

Example Template: "Sharing a Delegation"

As an example, we've created a reusable template called "Sharing a Delegation".

This template is used within the Delegation module to notify recipients about a delegation of authority.

When notifying about a delegation of authority you will have the possibility to:

  • Select this template from the available list

  • Customise any message details if necessary

  • Send the notification directly from the delegation interface

The Dilitrust Entity offers always a default notification message for day-to-usage that don't require any customisation.

You can always you the default templates to send notification and, if needed, modify their content before sending the messages.

In the last image an example of a default message sent to share the creation of a Board of directors to another Entity User.
