❓ My OrgChart looks different than before. What happened?
We've updated the OrgChart with visual and functional improvements, including a redesigned arrow style, updated branch display, and a more dynamic layout that responds to filters. See What's New in OrgChart for the full list of changes.
❓ My chart is not showing all my entities. Why?
Check whether a filter is active. If the filter panel shows any active criteria, the chart will only display entities that match those criteria. Clear or adjust your filters to restore the full group view.
❗ I applied a filter but the chart didn't update. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and reload. If the problem continues, submit a support ticket.
❗ I moved entities around but my layout wasn't saved. What happened?
Make sure you clicked Save view after repositioning your entities. The layout is only preserved when you explicitly save. If you navigated away before saving, changes will be lost.
❗ The export is missing the title or date I entered. What do I do?
Make sure you filled in the title and date fields in the export dialog before clicking Export. If the issue persists after retrying, submit a support ticket and include a screenshot of the export dialog.
⚠️ Why can't I see shareholding percentages inside the entity nodes?
This feature is not included in the current release. It is being considered for a future update. If this is a priority for your organisation, let us know by submitting a support ticket so we can factor it into our roadmap.
