How to Track content Access (Admins) ?

The Dilitrust platform provides a comprehensive audit trail to ensure full transparency over user activity.


Through the Activity tracking, administrators can track every action performed by users—such as data creation, edits, deletions, logins, or document views—across the module.


This feature is essential for compliance, security, and maintenance purposes, enabling fast investigation and accountability.


To access it, navigate to:
Configuration > Activity tracking


From there, you can filter, search, and review detailed logs of platform usage, as well as exporting in the form of .xsl file.




N.B. The global tracking feature must be activated by Customer Success. Contact your Dilitrust representative to enable it if not already active.
