With this enhancement, you can now easily trace every deletion event directly in your Activity Tracking view — including Companies, Individuals, and Litigations. No more missing audit data! This ensures full transparency and compliance for your records ✅
What’s new ?
- Deletion Tracking: Every time a Company, Individual, or Litigation is deleted, the event is automatically logged in the Activity Tracking table.
- Entity name retention: Even after deletion, the name of the deleted entity remains visible in the audit trail.
- Consistent translations: Event details (like “Mandate has been removed”) are now properly translated across all supported languages.
- Improved column headers: Columns have been standardized and simplified — “Entities” ➡ “Entity”, “Users” ➡ “User”, “Actions” ➡ “Event”.
- New filtering options: You can now filter Activity Tracking results by:
- User → “User is…”
- Litigation → “Litigation is…”
- Action Type → “Action type is…” (includes new Deletion filter)
- New column layout: The “Event” column is now split into:
- Event Title — e.g. “Creation”, “Mandate Update”, “Deletion”
- Event Detail — specific context (e.g. which entity was modified or deleted)
- Smart entity search: Searching by entity name now retrieves logs for both current and previous names of the same entity.
How it helps you ❤️
- ✅ Maintain complete audit trails for all entity types — including deletions.
- ✅ Simplify compliance reviews by tracking who deleted what and when.
- ✅ Easily demonstrate data traceability to auditors and internal stakeholders.
- ✅ Gain better control of your organization’s record lifecycle.
How to use it ✋
Step 1: Access Activity Tracking
From your DiliTrust Suite dashboard, open the Activity Tracking section under the relevant module (LEM, ELM, or CORE).
Step 2: View Deletion Events
In the Activity list, you’ll now see Deletion actions logged alongside creations and updates. Each deletion entry includes:
- Entity name (even after deletion)
- User who performed the action
- Date and time
- Browser/device used
Step 3: Filter or Search
Use the new filters at the top of the table to narrow your results:
- Filter by User — see deletions performed by a specific user.
- Filter by Litigation — focus on deletions related to a specific case.
- Filter by Action Type — show only Deletion events.
- Search by Entity Name — find all logs linked to an entity’s current or former name.
Example ✨
If “Company A” was renamed to “Company B” and later deleted, searching for “Company B” will display all related events:
| Entity | User | Date | Event | Event Detail | Device/Browser |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Company B | John Doe | 11 Mar 2025 | Deletion | — | macOS / Chrome |
| Company B | John Doe | 01 Jan 2025 | Updated | Company A was renamed to Company B | macOS / Chrome |
| Company A | John Doe | 19 Sep 2024 | Mandate Creation | Company A, Auditory Committee: New mandate Tristano Marconi | macOS / Chrome |
Tips & Best Practices ✍
- Always verify that deleted entities are correctly displayed in Activity Tracking.
- Use Filters for quick investigations — for instance, “Action type is Deletion”.
- Export the tracking table if you need to provide deletion evidence for audits.
- Translations are now unified — double-check event labels if you work in multilingual environments.
Good to know ⚡
- Supported across all browsers and devices.
- No impact on existing data — only enhances visibility of past and deleted records.
- Aligned with DiliTrust’s mission: “Help me to stay zen” ?
