How to change your phone number?

Changing your account’s phone number may be necessary due to a lost or stolen device, or if you have switched to a new phone number.

In both cases, you will need to alter the number of your TFA and your contact number.

Navigate to your account settings by clicking on your account icon and click on “See my profile” then, click “Edit”.

TFA phone number

Simply locate the TFA section (below the password section) and enter your new number, then click on “Save”. Do not forget to indicate your country code before your number.

If you are a User and an Administrator has enabled the TFA for you, and you wish to change your number, the process is the exact same.

CONTACT phone number

To change the phone number of your contact information, navigate to your account settings by clicking on your account icon and click “See my profile” then, click “Edit”.

Locate the “Contact” section and enter your new phone number in the corresponding area. 

Scroll down then click “Save”.
