Unblock / notify a user

User access management allows the ability to manage users' access rights, add them to teams, and the possibility of giving them roles within the tool. This feature is only available to Administrators.


You can find the “User access management” tab within the Configuration section on the left-hand side of the platform.



Unblock to notify a newly added user


As an administrator, if you added a user not recognized by any of our DiliTrust modules (meaning they have not accessed any of the portals before) and chose not to notify them immediately, the user is blocked. 


To notify the user, you must unblock them first.


Go to the user list, where the blocked user appears in gray with a lock icon to the right of their name. To unblock, find the unlocked lock icon in the “Actions” column on the far right and click on it.



A pop-up will appear. 



Check the box “Send an invitation notification to the user” if you want to notify them.


If you decide not to notify them immediately, unblock them and notify them later. To do this, locate the envelope icon of their name in the “Actions” column and click on it. 



A pop-up will appear, confirming that you are about to send an email inviting the user to the portal. Click “Confirm.” 


The same process can also be applied to recognized users you have added but have chosen not to notify yet.



Your user is now unblocked and invited to the portal, where they will have 24 hours to create their password.
